Call Out Inspection Service

Call Out Inspection Service:

Our call out inspection service is our reactive program: if you have a suspicion of bed bug activity or receive a complaint, CDIS will respond with a thorough search of the complaining unit as well as inspect each adjoining unit in the cloverleaf fashion. We will extend the search from there based on your needs, to determine the extent, the severity, and the potential spread of the bed bug infestation.

Because of the canine’s extraordinary scent capabilities, we are able to detect infestations at a very early stage before the spread throughout the property. The cloverleaf inspection pattern is a proactive way of preventing the spread of bed bug infestations to neighboring units and reducing your overall bed bug control costs in the long run. Early and accurate detection is the key response to reducing bed bug treatment costs and pesticide use.

We will provide you with an inspection report identifying the level of bed bug activity and harboring areas with each assessment. This report is also kept on file at our office as required by the Illinois Department of Public Health.
