Targeted Inspection Program:

Our targeted inspection program can be a key element of a quality, and proactive IPM (Integrated Pest Management) program. With this service, CDIS bed bug detection dog teams will make regular inspection visits based on your needs. With each visit, our licensed and certified teams will conduct thorough inspections of any units with a history of infestations, suspicion of infestation, or complaints received, as well as a random sampling of other units, common areas, and other spaces within the property. With any confirmed infestations, inspections will also be conducted in all neighboring units in the cloverleaf fashion.

Technicians will keep accurate and detailed records of each inspection so you track precisely what is happening throughout your property over time. In addition, our technicians will work with your existing pest management company to develop and implement an appropriate bed bug treatment and control program, or assist you in choosing an appropriate pest management professional or designing in house protocols.

A proactive and regular inspection program will help you stay on top of the ever increasing bed bug threat, and reduce your overall treatment cost.
